Strong hand • Support hand • Defensive & Competition application
“I had absolutely no idea ONLINE training would be this good. I am blown away! Better than a range class I took!” – Past Student

In a real fight or a high-stress competition, you may not always have two hands on the gun. Whether it’s injury, carrying a child, using a flashlight, or moving through a stage, the ability to shoot effectively with one hand is critical. This course gives you the mechanics and confidence to perform under pressure — skills most shooters overlook, but you’ll use in every advanced session that follows.
What You’ll Learn
-
Strong-hand only shooting — building stability, accuracy, and recoil control
-
Support-hand only shooting — developing precision and confidence on your “other” side
-
Transitions between one- and two-hand positions for defensive and competitive application
-
Key drills you can integrate immediately into your training to hardwire these skills
