Course Description: Do you want to be your absolute best?  This course is a piece of my total training system that reinforces the techniques covered in my book Your Competition Handgun Training Program. The program will take your shooting to the next level.  Much more than just a class alone, Mike’s full program consists of this class, the book, and videos (Competition Handgun Training Skills and Drills Volume 1 and Volume 2) is like nothing else available today.  It focuses on not only the proper technique and execution of skills but also the critical process necessary to train those skills and subsequently improve your results. This course is ideal for shooting athletes that are newer to the sport and looking for a solid foundation, as well as seasoned shooters looking to gain that competitive edge.  Watch a sampling of concepts covered in class here!  This course includes a free video download of all of the essential drills!

Course Description: Are you new to shooting or wanting to learn the basics of loading, unloading, and safe gun handling?  If so, this is the course for you.  The fundamentals of handgun shooting are covered in this course that will get you ready for more advanced courses, or simply make you a better shooter.  This is a fun course, which is designed to pace the student as fast as they are comfortable.   Great for friend groups that want to get into shooting!

Class Learning Objectives:

  • Handgun safety
  • Loading and unloading procedures
  • Fundamentals of marksmanship
  • Basic malfunction clearances

Required Gear:

  • Serviceable handgun and magazines (2-3) or speed loaders (2-3)
  • Note: Holster is not required, but students must have a safe method of transporting firearms such as a gun case or bag

Course Description: This is a three day class!  This is your one chance to train with Mike Seeklander, and Rob Leatham!  Your foundation is solid, however, new skills still await you. The “Bigger Circle” concept is the key to this course, and this simply means that shooting skill is the answer to the problem you wish to solve. This course does not separate competitive from defensive, but rather focuses on the keys to successfully solving the shooting problem at hand irregardless of sport or task. Taking your skill level to the next level requires a detailed breakdown of the mechanics required to shoot better, and this course will teach you those mechanics.

121 – DEFENSIVE RIFLE SPEED AND ACCURACY SKILLS/ Pryor Creek, OK

Course Description: This program is the course you need if you plan to use a rifle to defend yourself. It follows the same learning principles as the handgun programs but focuses on the M-4/AR-15 or AK type platforms as a self-defense (or operational uses for Military and Law Enforcement operators). This training program is a complete tactical rifle training program designed to teach you how to train for combative purposes with a rifle as your primary weapon. The program will take your rifle shooting to the next level. It is a close/medium range course designed for those who will employ a rifle a close to medium ranges (10-100 yards). The program is like nothing else available today, focusing in not only the execution of skills but in the process to properly train those skills and subsequently improve your results. The full training system is like nothing else available today, focusing on not only the execution of skills but in the critical process to properly train those skills and subsequently improve your results.  This class INCLUDES a downloadable version of the training drill AND videos for you to follow in your training once you have graduated class.   Self-defense context is also thoroughly covered in this program, defining the distance related concepts of a fight with a handgun. This course is ideal for anyone who carries a handgun for combative (self-defense) purposes, and will benefit both the novice as well as experienced shooters. It is the pre-requisite course for those wishing to take other Shooting-Performance advanced handgun courses.  This course includes a free video download of all of the essential drills!
